How to Relax with a Podcast

November 18, 2009 Leave a comment

Mac users can enjoy podcasts thru iTunes and other sources to keep up on all things Mac.   Websites are fine (and there are many related to Mac) but some times hearing or viewing a podcast is much more relaxing.

Putting the brain in neutral and relaxing has never been easier.

If you are new to this, here are a few “casts” that I personally enjoy.  You can download them all through iTunes or grab them from their websites.  Add your favorite podcasts in the comment section and I will expand this post to include them.
